Career Coaching
Career coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you explore career options, clarify your goals, and build the skills needed to succeed in the workplace. This can include creating or refining resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, navigating job applications, and developing strategies to communicate effectively and manage tasks on the job. The goal is to turn what can feel overwhelming into clear, manageable steps that help you move forward.
Autistic adults face higher unemployment and underemployment rates than the general population—not because of a lack of talent, but because workplaces and hiring processes often aren’t designed with neurodiversity in mind. Working with a coach who specializes in autism means having someone who understands both the challenges and the strengths that come with being autistic.
With my lived experience as an autistic adult, combined with professional expertise in psychology, counseling, and employment support, I create a coaching process that is practical, personalized, and empowering. Together, we focus on your strengths, address the obstacles you face, and find career paths that truly fit you. There is hope — and with the right guidance, autistic adults can thrive in their careers.
