She/Her/Hers
I’m a career coach focused on supporting autistic and neurodiverse adults. Being autistic myself, I have firsthand insight into the everyday realities and challenges many neurodiverse people face—from sensory sensitivities to navigating social expectations and workplace environments. This personal experience allows me to connect deeply with clients and approach coaching with empathy, flexibility, and a genuine understanding of what it’s like to live and work as an autistic adult.
With a background in psychology and counseling, I blend my own lived experience with professional knowledge to help clients set clear goals, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that work in real life. My aim is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported while exploring their strengths and overcoming obstacles.
Before becoming a career coach, I had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles supporting students and adults in reaching their educational, vocational, and personal goals. As a Career Counselor at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, I guided undergraduate and graduate students through exploring their strengths, navigating career options, and developing the skills needed to succeed in the workplace, from resumes and cover letters to interview preparation and networking. I also facilitated workshops, helped students understand workplace accommodations, and supported self-exploration in a way that was inclusive and responsive to diverse needs.
Most recently, I served as an Employment Specialist at PathPoint, a nonprofit supporting individuals with developmental and other disabilities in the Santa Barbara, California area. In this role, I worked closely with the Department of Rehabilitation, a government program dedicated to helping people with disabilities achieve their career goals. I supported clients in creating personalized employment plans, identifying necessary accommodations, and navigating decisions around disclosure, while collaborating with employers and community organizations to ensure inclusive opportunities and strong matches for both clients and businesses.
I also worked as a Job Coach at PathPoint, providing on-the-job support for individuals with disabilities, helping them adapt and thrive. My work focused on building practical skills—like communication, task management, and problem-solving—while fostering confidence and self-advocacy in the workplace.
Across all of these roles, my goal has been the same: to provide individualized, practical, and empathetic support that empowers people to achieve their goals and thrive in their careers and lives.
I grew up in California, in the United States, and now live in the Netherlands, in Maastricht. In my free time, I love to read and take care of animals (I have fostered over 50 kittens!).
